Day 9 - Cruising right along....


How I did for today?

  • Well, it's going pretty good.  I am almost at the halfway mark for 21 days to change! 9 days down, 12 to go.  I'm changing my posting a bit. I don't really feel the need to post what flavor protein shake a drank for breakfast, lunch and mid-day. From this post on, I'll just let you know the meal info! That's the yummy part anyway! 
  • Once again I have made it through without cheating or snacking after 9pm.  Yay me! I wish I could think of a good recipe for tomorrow.  Maybe something with shrimp, that sounds good.


Meals and such...
  • Dinner
    • 6 oz of yummy pork roast cooked with spices in a crockpot by my lovely sister-in-law E.
    • 1 cup of spinach
    • 1 cup of wax bean, green bean and carrot mix
    • 5 oz salad
    • 2 tbsp of fat-free Italian dressing
  • Snack
    • 1 red delicious apple
What I can change...

  • I need to find some new recipes.  I need to start looking for ways to put together the choices from my plan.  I did great with the shrimp and salsa now I need to incorporate some chicken into my meals.  I was thinking of making a home-made salsa too.  I could use that instead of the pre-packages salsa and will probably be better for me.  Might not last as long but, I'll just make a small portion.
