Modified Fast Plan

The plan calls for a combination of protein shakes and low-cal, low-fat and low-car foods. One protein shake can be substituted with an energy/protein/meal-replacement bar, but only one.

  • Luna Bars, Special K, Snickers Marathon bars and other protein bars. The bar should be approximately 160 calories, less than 24g of total carbohydrates, less than 5g of fat and at least 9g of protein.  The bar should be equivalent to the shake in nutrition.

  • 1 Protein Shake
12:00 - Lunch
  • 1 Protein Shake
15:00 - Mid-day Snack
  • 1 Protein Bar
18:00 - Dinner
21:00 - Night-time Snack
