Day 10... Ugh! I think I am part rat!!
- Well, I did great until I got home! I can't believe on day 10 I actually ate that freaking cheese. I couldn't resist any further. I couldn't hold myself back. So, I ate it... I ate the freaking cheese! RAT! Well, tomorrow is another day and I WILL do better!
Meals and such...
- Dinner
- 6 oz whole uncooked shrimp steamed with 1.5 tsp of a gourment horseradish seasoning and a dash of salsa
- 1 cup of mixed green beans, wax beans and carrots also steamed in the bag with the shrimp
- 5 oz of salad with 2 tsp of thousand island dressing
- Snack
- Luna protein bar (lemon zest)
What I can change...
- Leave the cheese in the fridge where is belongs and not in my mouth! But I guess if I was going to cheat it could be worse. After all, I do have LOTS of junk food in this house and have managed to block it all out! Maybe I am not getting enough calcium in my diet and that is why I crave cheese and find it so hard to resist. Maybe I should take a calcium supplement and see if that changes things.
