Day 11... What to buy, what to buy!


How I did for today?

  • Mmmm, made a great supper tonight! Been sticking to the plan now for 11 days.  Yay me! I am excited for tomorrow. I am going to attempt to make some chicken with fresh ingredients! That's a first for me.  I don't normally cook food.  I usually just reheat stuff! LOL.

Meals and such...
  • Mid-afternoon
    • wonderfully awesome tasting Brownie flavored Luna Bar! I love those things!
  • Dinner
    • 6 oz shrimp steamed with a fish seasoning (it had some dill in it).
    • 2 cups of baby carrots also steamed with the shrimp
    • 5 oz salad with country French dressing (but only a little)
    • 2 large coffees with a little bit of milk/creamer (no sugar again!)
  • Snack
    • diced pears approx 1 cup

What I can change...






  • I got to find some new foods.  Pretty much ate shrimp all week but, not that I mind.  It's one of my favorites.  Well, right behind steak and hamburgers! I plan to go shopping and find some good frozen fish and purchase some steaks and pork.  Also, I plan on finding some new spices to try and have been searching online for simple recipes that use the veggies and proteins in my plan.  I think I should try BJ's Wholesale club.
