Day 7 - I Weighed In... Now, your turn!
- Well, I did my weigh in today. Not happy about it but, I am going to attribute the 2 lb weigh gain to actually eating 3 meals a day! And I did forget to do it in the morning when I first got up or maybe it was those 4 pieces of cheese? LOL, I kid.
- I'm not discouraged. I'm still down 8 lbs from the first weight and that's a plus. I'm still very happy about my decision and my plan.
- I've been getting tons of support from friend and family. My sister K. emailed me this message yesterday:

Meals and such...
- Breakfast
- 1 French vanilla protein shake
- Lunch
- 1 French vanilla protein shake
- Mid-afternoon
- 1 French vanilla protein shake - Ugh! I really don't like vanilla flavor but I've got 12 to get rid of so I'm getting them out of the way now! LOL
- Dinner (This one should be yummy!)
- 6 oz of jumbo shrimp tossed with 1/4 cup of salsa and a sprinkle of creole spices.
- A large (10 oz) mixed greens salad
- 2 tbsp of fat-free Balsamic vinagrette
- water, lots of water
- Snack
- a small bartlett pear
What I can change...
- I need to stop getting the French Vanilla shakes. I need to breakdown and order that Spiru-tein! I just don't want to pay that shipping fee crap and I just know the minute I stock up on it someone will have it a a bigger discount! Also, I'm afraid that I will buy something that I will not like. I'm not sure anything could be nastier than the French vanilla I am drinking now and I am sure nothing is as horrible as that Tropical fruit flavor. So, I will most likely breakdown and by it tonight. I'm thinking of getting two smaller cans of either cookie dough, blueberries & cream or raspberry royale. I can't decide. Help me out, let me know what you think.
