Day 4 - Ahhhh...

With day 4 under my belt, I am starting to settle into a routine with my eating schedule.  This is one of the easiest things I have done.  I hate making meals and since I only have to put one meal together every day, I am managing well.  I was brave enough to take my two kids to McDonald's for lunch as a treat and I managed to keep my fingers out of the in-laws candy dish when I dropped off them off.

I think by drinking the protein shake on the way to McD's helped as it sort of filled me.  At McD's I only had a diet Coke.  I was tempted a few times to eat a couple of fries but I didn't.  I just kept thinking about those headaches the first 3 days and didn't want to go through that again to detox the crap out.  Still, it was tough!

I think I am actually starting to "like" this diet. Although at breakfast I tried the tropical mix protein shake and yuck, piña colada GROSS!  I don't know what I was expecting it to taste like but it was nasty.  I think I am going to like the cookies and cream the best! Again, it will help with the need for a sweet tooth fix!

10 lbs in 4 days (ya, it's water weight)!
